Fleur Québec is not a traditional florist. We operate a direct-to-consumer distribution model with production facilities across Canada. Our trained designers create each bouquet on-site, using flowers sourced directly from growers. This means you get fresher flowers at lower prices—with a 98.7% customer satisfaction rate.

You can order online through our website or by phone. Our team processes orders centrally from our Ottawa office and fulfills them in production centers located in major Canadian cities.

Yes – but only within one hour of placing your order. After that, changes are subject to a $10 administration fee , and during holidays, changes are not guaranteed due to high order volume. Contact our customer support team anytime to resolve any issues.

Cancellations within one hour of ordering are free.

Orders that have already been prepared or are in transit cannot be canceled. Note: All holiday orders are final sale. Contact our customer support team for any issues.

Fleur Québec offers next-day ($14.99) and same-day ($19.98) delivery in select city centers, including Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver, and more. Orders outside these areas are shipped via express courier. For our complete shipping policy, please click here.

Deliveries to residential addresses take place between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. , and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for businesses . We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays, except for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. For our full delivery policy, please click here.

Yes — During peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, additional holiday and extended delivery hours may apply. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (local time) for next-day delivery incur a $4.99 surcharge.
